The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a CD player. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a jacuzzi and a sauna. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave and a stovetop.

The cabin has all amenities for indoor and outdoor activities. Large beautiful plot with many patios and playground equipment. Spa bath and glazed conservatory. From the entrance in the carport you enter the heart of the house. A spacious, lovely living room with both comfortable sofas and a dining table. There is a modern TV and a real brick fireplace with hearth cassette. Here you create a great feeling of coziness at all times and good warmth in slightly chilly evenings. There is also a lovely, well-equipped kitchen with bar counter and bar stools. The cottage has three bedrooms. One with a double bed and two with two single beds each. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine, as well as a sauna at the far end. From the living room you have access to a large glazed conservatory with outdoor furniture and a dining table. Next to the conservatory is a terrace with an outdoor spa bath. Here you can enjoy both summer and winter. The generous plot (part shared with the owner) is fenced, beautifully green and surrounded by forest. There are large grassy areas for all family activities. Here there is a swing and a sandbox and, not least, a fantastically nice little playhouse. All smaller children thrive here. The area where your cabin is located is idyllic with many nice and exciting forest roads. A short trip away is Lake Öjasjön, which has a nice little swimming area. There are several lakes in the area with good fishing. Fishing license applies. A short drive away is Virsehatt, a nature reserve with a fantastic view. At a convenient distance is Oskarström, a smaller resort that has most of what you need during your vacation. There is a much-appreciated adventure pool here, open during the summer. Feel free to take a trip to Simlångsdalen. There is both a public bathing area and several lovely places to visit. A short drive takes you to Halmstad with its white sandy beaches and its cozy inner city. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest is Rydö golf club.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
