The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and is equipped with a double bed, a single folding bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a CD player and a radio. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a stovetop, a stove and a convection microwave.

A lovely holiday cottage with a separate guest house, perfectly located just 900 metres from the long sandy beach at Skrea. You have your own private part of the owner’s grounds and your own outdoor seating area. The owner only stays in their house occasionally during the summer. A short walk takes you to the beautiful beach at Skrea, which has both toilets and showers. Nearby, you can explore Bobergs udde, a wonderful natural area with scenic walking trails. The annex is cosy and well planned, with a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV offering 12 available TV channels, and a spacious bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there is a lovely, large and bright sleeping loft with a double bed and the option of an extra bed on a sofa bed. Right next to the annex is the newly renovated and spacious guest house. It has a small entrance hall and a large bedroom with two single beds. Outside, there is a smaller patio with outdoor seating. In the garden, you also have a larger enclosed patio with garden furniture, a barbecue and a large parasol. This is the perfect spot for relaxing barbecue evenings and planning the next day’s excursions. A freezer is available in a separate room next to the garage, which is exclusively for your use. You can reach the centre of Falkenberg by bicycle or by bus from the nearby bus stop. Here you will find many charming cafés, restaurants and shops. The beautiful, wide sandy beach at Skrea gets busy with visitors during the summer. Golf enthusiasts will also find several golf courses within easy reach. We also recommend a visit to the small village of Slöinge, home to a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with a café, and a cider mill with outdoor seating. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
