A pleasant apartment with a good location in a quiet residential area in Falkenberg. A short distance away you will find Skrea Beach with its lovely, long sandy shoreline. Enjoy a vibrant summer atmosphere with ice cream bars, restaurants, scenic walking paths and natural areas. Falkenberg’s charming summer town center is also within comfortable reach. The apartment is located in a large villa. You have your own entrance and a private patio with outdoor furniture and a sun awning. The apartment, situated on the basement level, is fresh and modern. From the entrance you step into the living room, which has a comfortable sofa bed, a modern TV and free WiFi. The bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped, with a dining area. The bathroom has a shower. On the patio you have comfortable garden furniture, all under a large awning. A short walk takes you to Falkenberg’s town center, where you will find many nice cafés, restaurants and shops. The beautiful, long sandy beach at Skrea quickly fills with bathers in summer. At the southern part of Skrea Beach there is a lovely walking area and a nature reserve that offers rocky bathing spots. For golf enthusiasts, several golf courses are within easy reach; the closest is Falkenbergs GK. The river Ätran runs through Falkenberg, offering beautiful nature experiences and walking trails. Ätran is also known for excellent salmon fishing (a fishing permit is required). We recommend a visit to the small village of Slöinge, which has a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with a café, and a cider mill with an outdoor serving area. To the north you quickly reach the lovely summer town of Varberg, and to the south, Halmstad. By car you can also reach Europe’s largest shopping center, GEKÅS in Ullared, in no time.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
