The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a barbecue and there are two gardens. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, a coffee maker, an oven and a convection microwave.

A pleasant and fresh holiday home with a good location in a smaller cottage area. The long, child-friendly sandy beach is within walking distance. The cottage is located on a corner plot and is enclosed with a fence that feels safe for the family with children. The cottage area is surrounded by beautiful green forest with many walking paths. In the cottage there is a lovely modern and well-equipped open kitchen and a living room with comfortable seating. The sofa bed has room for two people. Modern TV with Swedish channels and chromecast. There is free wifi in the house. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and small TV. From the master bedroom there is an exit to a smaller terrace. It's nice here if the evenings get a little chilly or on rainy days. The spacious balcony has both a dining table, garden furniture and a barbecue. Here you can enjoy both your morning coffee and lovely barbecue evenings. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups. At a convenient distance to the south is Skummeslövstrand's summer center with several restaurants, shops and a bakery. In Mellbystrand there is the beach hotel, small shops and restaurants. Just south of, you reach the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and not least Båstad, the wonderful tennis metropolis. Everything is connected with nice cycle paths. To the north you can easily reach Halmstad with its fantastic beaches in Tylösand, its large range of entertainment and all the golf courses. Why not visit the small town of Laholm with its beautiful location by the Lagan. There is very good salmon fishing in Lagan. Fishing license required. For those interested in golf, there are also several fine golf courses in the immediate area.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
