The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a porch, a balcony and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a bath and a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a garage and a Internet connection (wireless).

From the living room you can go out to one of the house's verandas - a perfect place for morning coffee in the sun. On the lower floor you will find two more bedrooms and a toilet with shower. There is also a large living room with a sofa group and football game - perfect for game nights or just relaxing. From this level you reach the house's second patio where you can light the grill and enjoy the summer evenings in peace. The house also has a laundry room and a garage with an electric car charger. Just a stone's throw away awaits Ljusne havsbad - a shallow sandy beach and clear water. Both families with children and sun worshippers enjoy themselves here, while the more adventurous can dive from the cliffs or discover small coves along the coast. In the evenings the sunset spreads over the sea - perfect for a picnic or a quiet moment on the beach. The area also has beautiful forest paths to walk or cycle along, and for those interested in fishing, Ljusnan - with its fine salmon fishing - is only a few minutes away. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
