Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC, Sauna. Electric heating, wood heating. Wooden floors. Terrace 40 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful panoramic view of the lake. Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Outdoor shower by the lake. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
