Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 large room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 large room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 sleeping facility (80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small children's room with 1 x 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) (90 cm, length 200 cm). 3 showers/WC. Heating. Wooden floors. Terrace furniture, barbecue, sitting area. Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the forest. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
