General

The holiday home for 16 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds, six single beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a heater. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and a garden. The badroom is equipped with three showers and three toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a convection microwave, an oven, a coffee maker and a stove.

Forget everyday obligations and settle into the calm on the northern shore of Lake Skattungen. The Torsmogården guesthouse is located in the village of Torsmo, just about ten minutes by car from Skattungbyn, just outside Orsa. Here you stay in a large and welcoming house of just over 300 m² with plenty of space for both socializing and relaxation, making it ideal for larger groups, several families, or friends travelling together. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with generous dining areas and a spacious lounge that invites games, social time, and quiet moments. Upstairs you will find six bedrooms of varying sizes with a total of 16 beds, as well as three bathrooms with showers, ensuring comfortable accommodation even for larger groups. Outdoors there is a courtyard and a lawn with seating areas during the summer season, as well as access to a barbecue. Within walking distance is a swimming and barbecue area by Skattungen, a shallow and child-friendly bathing spot perfect for families. The lake Skattungen also offers excellent opportunities for canoeing, an experience suitable for both beginners and experienced paddlers. Canoes are available for rent directly on site at Torsmogården and can accommodate two to four people, making them ideal for both families and smaller groups. With the help of a canoe trolley, it is easy to transport the canoes down to the shore in just a few minutes, and equipment such as life jackets in all sizes and paddles for both children and adults is always included. The paddling offers a unique way to experience the tranquillity of the lake, where you can glide across the water, stop for a swim or a picnic, and simply enjoy the surroundings. The hosts are always on site and available to assist guests throughout their stay, creating a safe and personal experience where help and guidance are always close at hand. The area around Skattungen and Skattungbyn offers a rich natural experience with deep forests, calm waters, and abundant wildlife. Nearby you will find Orsa Grönklitt, offering skiing, hiking, and mountain biking depending on the season, as well as Orsa Predator Park where you can experience Nordic wildlife up close. Not far away is also Mora with its rich selection of culture, shopping, and events, along with the Siljan region featuring classic Dalarna landscapes, viewpoints, and excursion destinations. Torsmogården is a place where nature, water, and tranquillity take centre stage, while still offering plenty of activities and excursions nearby for those who wish to explore more of Dalarna. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
