The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is an air conditioner, a barbecue, a garden and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Spacious, partly with sloping ceilings, partly renovated in 2000, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 25 m2 with open-hearth fireplace and dining table. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room 10 m2 with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, simple dry toilet. Heating, air-conditioning, boiler (80 litres). Upper floor: 1 open room 30 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the forest. Facilities: hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
