Close to Sandviken's long beach on Listerlandet's southwest side is this 1-story villa with basement from the 70s. Here there is plenty of space for both old and young with a total of 4 bedrooms, one of which is in the basement. From the spacious hall you can reach all the rooms in the house. The bright living room, which is located at an angle and has both a dining table and a sofa group that invites you to get together. The fully equipped kitchen at the back of the house has everything required for cooking, however only a refrigerator, no freezer or freezer compartment is available. The kitchen also contains a furnished part with a kitchen sofa, chairs and table. In addition, with the first cup of coffee of the day in hand, you can easily go out through the balcony door from the kitchen to the large private garden facing east to watch a beautiful sunrise. The bathroom, which is close to 3 of the bedrooms, has a WC, a sink and a shower with sliding doors. In the hall by the stairs down to the basement there is a gate for child safety. Down the stairs you are led further into a larger room with 3 single beds. The outdoor room is very charmingly furnished with all the fishing equipment as props. There is also the opportunity to eat dinner directly from the grill and enjoy the sunset in the company of good friends. There is room for 2 cars on the lot's driveway, but it is also possible to park along the road in front of the house. There are several nature reserves within walking distance to visit in the area. For example. Sillnäs with its lighthouse at the far end of a main land in Hanö Bay. A 30-minute bike ride takes you easily to Hällevik for a purchase of fish in the "Rökeriet" or enjoy a meal at "Dagmar's hamnkrog". From Nogersund, you can go on a day trip by boat to beautiful Hanö. A similar trip in the opposite direction takes you via the Sölvesborg Bridge, pedestrian and cycle path, to "Glass & sillabåten" in the center of Sölvesborg. For those interested in music, in early June you will find the "Swedenrock festival" a quarter of an hour away by car.

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
