The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and two double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture and a roof terrace and there are two gardens. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two washbasins and a shower.

This 3-bedroom vacation home in Orihuela can accommodate 6 guests. It’s perfect for a family vacation. It features a shared pool, including a children’s pool and a sunbathing area. On the terrace, you can enjoy a barbecue with the family.

There are 3 golf courses nearby. Orihuela Costa (3 km) has all the amenities you need, such as restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The beaches of La Zenia and Cabo Roig are 4 km away and offer plenty of fun. Torrevieja (10 km) or the Cabo Roig promenade are definitely worth a visit. Alicante, Elche, Cartagena, and Murcia are all within a 45-minute drive and are also worth visiting. Shops and restaurants are just 500 meters away.

The garden, complete with outdoor furniture, is ideal for enjoying the sun. There is a separate children’s pool where kids can swim safely. You can also relax with your family and watch TV in the living room.

The airport is 70 km away. Public transportation and the highway are 500 m and 3 km away, respectively.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
