The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue, a terrace, an air conditioner, a garden and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor).

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Large, cosy, comfortable house "Lola", renovated in 2025. In the resort Orba, in a quiet, sunny position, 15 km from the sea, 15 km from the beach. Private: garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (7 x 3 m, depth 40 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, roofed, parking on the premises. Supermarket 850 m, restaurant 70 m, bakery, café 900 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Les Deveses" 15 km. Sports harbour 16 km, surf school 15 km, sailing school 15 km. The owner does not accept any groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 15 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Lola in Orba you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
