On the ground floor, there is a large living and dining area with German TV, a stereo system, and a wood-burning fireplace with a glass door; a large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and a cot; a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bathtub; a guest toilet; and an open-plan kitchen with a pantry (including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, hob, toaster, blender, and table grill). There is also a utility room with a washing machine.

Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed; a terrace with sea and mountain views; and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Free Wi-Fi, mosquito nets in all bedrooms, air conditioning, and an ironing board and iron are provided.

Long-term rentals are possible during the winter months (November to March).

The underfloor heating throughout the holiday home is powered by a separate heat pump.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
