The furnished dining room is situated in the same space where you can enjoy a quiet meal with your family and friends. The kitchen is open to the same room and it is fully equipped so that you can prepare your best dishes without any limitation, including ceramic hob. With regard to the laundry room, the property has 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The property has 3 bedrooms, 1 with 1 double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and the last one with 1 single bed. At the same time, there are 2 extra places, free of charge, on the sofa-bed in the living room. The house has 1 complete bathroom with shower. In the house you have access to a total of 3 fans, 4 radiators and 1 cot, in case you need it.

This accommodation is located 5 minutes from the equestrian centre of Oliva Nova where you can receive private riding lessons and where state championships are also held. It is also within walking distance of an 18-hole-par 72 golf course where you can enjoy the day practising your swing. For hiking enthusiasts, the Montgo natural park is within walking distance, as is the Marjal d'Oliva where you will find the Font Salada, which has beneficial properties for the skin. If you prefer fine sandy beaches, there are several options in Oliva and you can also practice different water sports, such as Sky-surfing.

Your pet is welcome, as long as it does not exceed 5kg in weight. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 24 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
