Beautiful, cosy house "Adinga". 1.8 km from the centre of Moraira, 14 km from the centre of Calpe, 8 km from the centre of Benissa, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: property 890 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Moraira" 3.9 km, railway station "Teulada" 7.5 km, ferry "Denia" 32.5 km, sandy beach "Playa de LAmpolla" 1.5 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
