This beautiful apartment, for 6 people, with a shared pool and tennis court at only 750 metres away from the beach of Playa de Gandia.

This lovely apartment is part of a wonderful residential where you will have a really nice vacation. The shared facilities include a pool, tennis court, playground, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi (not heated water). The chlorine pool size 20 x 8 metres and its water depth ranges from 1.1 to 1.8 metres. The children's pool sizes 6 m2 and has 0.6 metres of water depth. The apartment boasts a private terrace where you can have breakfast before heading for the pool or the beach, which only is 750 meters away.

This first floor flat, with a lift, features a cosy living-dining room equipped with Smart TV and hot and cold air conditioning, ideal for maintaining a pleasant temperature all year round. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with induction hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as three bedrooms with wardrobe and air conditioning (hot/cold pump). Two of them have two single beds each, while the third has a double bed, private terrace, cot/crib and en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with bathtub is available.

Playa de Gandia is the perfect destination for those who love the beach and the proximity to all kinds of services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The beach is at only 750 meters from the apartment and the nearest golf course is in Gandia at about 4.9 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
