The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). This rustic style flat is located on the ground floor of a house built in 2005, in an elevated and sunny position in the quiet residential area of Balcón de Finestrat.

The 120 m² flat, with separate entrance, has a living room with sitting and dining area, TV, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. It has three bedrooms: the first with a double bed (1.40 m wide), the second with a double bed and a single bed, and the third with three single beds. An extra bed for a ninth person can be added on request. The house offers free wifi. The flat can be air-conditioned in winter.

The flat includes a private swimming pool (10 x 4 m) with internal stairs and outdoor shower. From the pool you can enjoy distant sea and mountain views. In the enclosed grounds of approximately 500 m², guests have access to garden tables and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue. There are also two private parking spaces.

The owners spend about three weeks a year on holiday in the upstairs flat. The rest of the time, the flat is unoccupied.

There are shops and supermarkets about two kilometres away. The nearest sandy beach is about three kilometres away. There are numerous beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity of the house and in the mountains.
