Villa de Alevtina has a total of four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room, accommodating up to ten guests. Two living rooms with sofa beds, a cozy dining area, and a 70 sq m covered terrace with BBQ and patio furniture (which can be enclosed if needed) offer ample space for a larger group or family to enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday. Villa de Alevtina is furnished to a high standard, with air conditioning in all bedrooms and central gas heating. The living room also features a fireplace that provides cozy warmth in winter, making it ideal for winter stays. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
