Guests have 2 bedrooms to rest, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. The apartment's bathroom has a shower. Finally, in the house, you will find a washing machine, as well as a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

It is a kilometre-long and wide beach of golden sand and calm waters with all kinds of services including a recreational floating platform and lifeguard service, making it perfect for the little ones in the family. You can also practice your favourite water sports. The centre of Dénia and its charming castle are also very near. In the area, you will also find supermarkets, beach bars, and restaurants nearby so you won't miss anything during your days of rest. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
