The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, a single trundle and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a radio. In addition there is a patio, a garden, a balcony, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a barbecue and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, two showers, two washbasins, two toilets and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a stove, a stovetop and a coffee maker (espresso machine).

This fantastic holiday home on the Costa Blanca has a private swimming pool and an illuminated, fenced garden with several seating areas and views of Mongo and the sea. In the evening you can fully enjoy your well-deserved holiday with family and friends with a nice dinner under the patio cooked in the outdoor kitchen.

With the beach at 4.1 km from the house, the golf course of La Sella Golf at 7.7 km, and the forest at 500 m there is plenty to do in the immediate vicinity. A visit to the Castell de Dénia is also very worthwhile, as well as the centers of popular coastal towns such as Moraira, Altea, and Benidorm and The Orange City. Also, kids can enjoy a fun day at the Denia Toy Museum 4.2 km away.

The living room has a TV, a fireplace, and a comfortable seating area. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub. All bedrooms, living rooms, as well as the apartment, have underfloor heating and air conditioning. There is parking for 4 cars.

Please be considerate of the neighborhood and do not turn on music on the terrace or in the garden. Also in the evening, please behave quietly, not too loud.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
