Daily essentials can be purchased from the on-site shop and the local wine bar is also worth checking out. The sea is about 5 km from the accommodation and you will find nice coastal towns such as El Moncayo and Torrevieja. A visit to cozy Murcia, Elche and Alicante is also possible by car.
You can independently prepare tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen. There are several terraces where you can sit for a relaxing afternoon with a snack and a drink of your choice. Air conditioning provides cooling on hot summer days and there is a cot for the smallest holidaymakers.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
