The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds, a double sofa bed and three doubter beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a balcony or terrace, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a garden and a swimming pool (private). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath with shower, two washbasins, a bath and two toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a stovetop, an oven and a microwave.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

There is a lake/open water less than 65 kilometer. You can also relax, because near La Villa Hotel Paradise Mountain in Chulilla you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
