The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a patio, a garden (fenced), an air conditioner, a terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private and outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Outside the resort, 2.9 km from the centre of Calpe, in the district Vallesa, in a secluded, sunny position residential area (villas), 2.1 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. Private: property 820 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped, fenced (9 x 5 m, depth 140 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
