Finca Doña Sofia Maria! Step inside and enjoy the tranquillity and Mediterranean flair of this idyllically situated finca in a still largely undiscovered region of Spain. Like a small Spanish village, the extensive finca complex extends over the outskirts of San Pedro del Pinatar in the Murcia region in south-east Spain. Here on the Costa Calida, the sun shines more than 300 days a year - ideal conditions for outdoor activities and for long days at the beach on one of the many beaches of the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor, which are just five minutes away by car. Each of the cottages has its own small terrace with a view of the garden. Facilities include air conditioning (hot/cold), flat-screen TV and satellite reception. WIFI is available throughout the finca. For shopping, 365 days a year, the Centro Comercial DOS MARES and Pinatar Park are approx. 1 km away. There are weekly markets in San Pedro every Monday and Thursday and in Lo Pagán. There you can stock up on fresh fruit and vegetables from the Huerta of Murcia. Murcia city centre is approximately 30 km away and can be easily reached via the motorway.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
