A warm welcome! Enjoy the healthy climate on the "Costa Cálida" with over 300 days of sunshine a year. The "Finca Doña Sofia Maria" is located not far from the centre of San Pedro del Pinatar (Murcia) and the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean and Mar Menor.
The flat offers ideal relaxation away from mass tourism. CASA ANA MARI is built in the Spanish finca style and is equipped with all the comforts required for a comfortable holiday. In front of the flat there is a terrace with a view of the Mediterranean garden.
- The communal garden of over 4000 m2 is laid out in a Mediterranean style. In the garden itself there is a barbecue area with adjoining dining area, which is shaded by a large pergola. Our mini farm is our little guests' favourite place. Here, free-range chickens and rabbits romp around in their natural habitat. The children's playground with swings, slide, giant trampoline, table tennis table and lots of fun for the little ones.
- Our spacious pool area invites young and old to linger. The swimming pool is open from Easter until the end of September. The distance to the fine sandy beaches of the Mediterranean and Mar Menor is approx. 10 minutes by car. A car is required.
- Casa Ana Mari: The house is at ground level and equipped for the disabled. With approx. 140 m2 it offers plenty of space. The approx. 40 m2 terrace is covered and offers pleasant shady spots in summer. The house is divided as follows: Living room with two comfortable Spanish-style beds measuring 0.80 m x 2.00 m, dining area, kitchen. WC with walk-in shower with folding shower seat. The shower is wheelchair accessible. Two double bedrooms with spacious wardrobes. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m, in the other 1.60 m x 2.00 m. Each with 2 mattresses. Each with 2 mattresses. In front of the house there is a large covered terrace with a view of the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring hob, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, microwave, pots and pans. Crockery, cutlery and glasses for 6 people.

Location description : The town borders the province of Alicante and is 49 kilometres from Murcia. San Pedro Pinatar is located between the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea. The neighbouring municipalities are San Javier and Pilar de la Horadada. It is a small peninsula with fourteen kilometres of coastline. The beaches on the Menor Sea are: Villananitos, Puntica and Mota. The Mediterranean beaches are LLana, la Plage des Salines, Barraca Quemada and Punta de Algas, as well as Torre Derribada and El Mojón. Border mountain of Escalona in the shape of a reclining woman. Between El Mojón and Lo Pagán is the 900-hectare wetland and the salt and sand banks of San Pedro del Pinatar, which are important for the Region of Murcia. This park is home to albatrosses and seagulls and has mobile dunes with characteristic flora. Climate: The climate is a dry Mediterranean climate. Average temperatures range from 17 °C in winter to 23 °C in summer, with around 3,000 hours of sunshine a year. The main winds come from the north-east (Levante), from the south-west (Leveche) and from the west (Poniente).

Payment terms and -periods
