It is heated and air-conditioned using modern, discreet grilles. Two large bay windows in the dining room and bedroom give you the impression of plunging into the turquoise water (see photos). The swimming pools have free access and are cleaned and supervised at all times. The flat has its own underground car park (no. 66), and it's nice to know that there's a space waiting for you to park your car in the shade.

The flat is located at km 17 along a stretch of coastline stretching some 24 km between Cabo de Palos and Punta del Mojón, establishing the natural limits of this saltwater lagoon known as the Mar Menor. Its beaches are considered to be veritable open-air thermal baths, thanks to the hyper-saline waters of El Mar Menor and the beneficial effects of its mud, where you can relax and enjoy a leisurely swim. All shops, groceries, souvenirs, restaurants, etc. are nearby. The town of Cartagena is 30 km away and its Roman ruins are a must-see. To be enjoyed without moderation!

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
