The spacious living-dining room, complete with a Smart TV, is ideal for relaxing and sharing moments as a group. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you'll need for holiday cooking. The house features four comfortable bedrooms—all with air conditioning and wardrobes: two with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a trundle bed. Three full bathrooms are provided, two of which are en-suite, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay. Additionally, a separate laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
