Supermarket 400 m, restaurant, bar, café 150 m, bus stop "Cabo de Palos" 850 m, sandy beach "Playa Levante" 100 m. Sports harbour 400 m, golf course (18 hole) 12 km. Nearby attractions: Faro de Cabo de Palos 600 m, Parque Calblanque 5 km, Mar Menor 3 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
