General

The holiday home for 12 persons has six bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with six double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater, a TV and a stereo. In addition there is a balcony, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a terrace and there are seven air conditioners. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with two baths with showers, eight washbasins, six toilets and four showers.

The holiday home has a fridge, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Beaches along the Costa Cálida can be reached in around 15 minutes by car, and supermarkets and restaurants in El Algar are close enough for easy evening grocery runs.

Mar Menor sits approximately 15 minutes away and is one of the best places in the region for calm-water sailing, paddleboarding, and family beach days. Playa de Calblanque, around 24 minutes from the villa, offers a quieter stretch of protected coastline with hiking trails and less crowded beaches. Cartagena can be reached within 20 to 30 minutes and is worth visiting for its Roman Theatre, harbour views, and old-town restaurants. Murcia city lies around 40 minutes away and is best explored slowly through Plaza de las Flores and the cathedral district. La Manga Golf Club is approximately 16 km from the property.

San Javier Airport is located around 23 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
