The colourful holiday home is a traditional village house from the beginning of the 20th century, which since then has belonged to the owner's family. In 2005, the house was renovated and modernized while maintaining the original architectural style and using appropriate materials. The house has 60 m² of living space on a total plot of 200 m².
The house has its own garden with garden furniture and a built-in barbecue. There is also a parking space available on the property.
The accommodation is suitable for four people and has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with window, shower, washbasin and toilet. The living room is equipped with a dining table and chairs for shared meals, as well as a fireplace, a sofa, a TV with DVD player and a stereo. Various board games are also available. The open-plan kitchen, integrated into the living room, has a cooker, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and microwave. All rooms are equipped with television and heating. There is also a washing machine, iron and wireless internet access. We have tried to create a warm and welcoming accommodation for your stay, where you can feel completely at home and enjoy your holiday.
The location of the house allows you to reach the surrounding cities of Oviedo or Gijón in less than 30 minutes by car. The nearest shops and nightlife options, a golf course, public transport and a restaurant are 5 km away. After 15 km you will reach the nearest sandy beach, where you can enjoy water sports, a fishing spot and horse riding opportunities. The airport is about 45 km away.
