General

The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and eight bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private), a balcony and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven.

Beautiful villa with history, stately home built in 1910, overlooking the Vigo estuary and San Simón Island. It is located by the sea and a short distance from Vigo, the Cies Islands, National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia. This modernist style house is known when in the 20's of the last century it was the setting for different magazines and used for the film "Carmiña, flor de Galicia". Among its owners was the Vigo painter Elina Mólins Fernández Chao, sponsored by the painter Francisco Pradilla, one of the great Spanish painters of the 19th and 20th century, and years later it was owned by Gerardo Campos (president of Tranvías Eléctricos de Vigo) and visionary of the Rande bridge. The house is built on five terraces, which allow views of the sea and the surrounding hills. In its 5000 m² gardens it has a great variety of flowers, fruit and ornamental trees, a bamboo forest and an underground grotto. It is one of the most special properties with the most personality in the area.

Summer: Rented for a minimum of 4 nights. For stays of less than 3 nights, a weekend surcharge will be charged.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
