Detailed information
The Galician country house "San Andres" was built in the XVIII century and was already in remarkably good condition when it was purchased a few years ago. The 200-year-old and approx. 70 cm thick granite stone walls were very well preserved and the chestnut beams were also largely intact. The builder of the house chose the rocky plateau on a mountain ridge with a marvellous view and yet protected from storms and bad weather. Hundreds of years ago, "San Andres" was a stop-off point for monks on their way to's Tal zur Quelle "Aguas Blancas". Bis heute hat dieser Ort eine spirituelle Kraft erhalten.
Das Ferienhaus in Galicien wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sorgfältig restauriert. Dabei legten wir Wert darauf den ursprünglichen Stil zu erhalten und trotzdem eine Atmosphäre von Behaglichkeit und Komfort zu schaffen. Sie finden im Haus alle Küchenutensilien, die Sie benötigen.
Im Garten steht Ihnen der private Pool (4x8 m, Wassertiefe max. 1,5 m) zur Verfügung. Es gbit viel Rasen und eine große Liegefläche mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Berge und das Tal.
Im Haupthaus selbst gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer zu je 2 Betten mit jeweils eigenem WC und Bad, eine moderne italienische Küche mit großem Esstisch für bis zu 8 Personen, einen großen Salon und eine Galerie. Bei der Raumaufteilung legten wir Wert auf viel Freiraum und Platz. Direkt neben dem Haupthaus befindet sich das Gästehaus, ausgestattet mit einer Schlafgallerie mit Doppelbett. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein Schlafsofa für 2 Personen und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Vom Gästehaus bis zum Haupthaus und dem Garten sind ca. 10 Meter zu überwinden.
Die Terasse ist sehr groß und ist in der warmen Jahreszeit unser "Speisezimmer", unter dem Weinlaub kann man die Mahlzeiten oder den Abend mit Blick in's valley. In the courtyard there is a large open-air kitchen with a gas hob, sink, workstation and a large charcoal barbecue. This means you can cook outdoors and keep unpleasant odours outside. Many activities are possible:
