The holiday home for 16 persons has seven bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed, two single folding beds and six double beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, four fireplaces and a heather. In addition there is a garden, a swimming pool, a terrace, a billiard, an air conditioner, a football table and a set of garden furniture and there are two barbecues and two balconies or terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath with shower, seven toilets, eight washbasins and five showers.

The house is only 17 minutes by car from Pontevedra city and 25 minutes from the nearest coastal beaches. Restaurants and supermarkets are not far either. There are 2 dining tables plus an additional seating area. Parking facility is available. There is a laundry room and 2 recreation rooms with party games, billiards and table football.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
