General

The holiday home for 13 persons has six bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels), a DVD player and a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool (private), a barbecue, an air conditioner, a terrace, a garden and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Casa Rural, a typical Galician village house whose construction appears in documents from 1748, completely restored in 2006 respecting the original construction of the same and adapting it to the demands of rural tourism, located 10 km from Pontevedra in the heart of the Rias Bajas with good communication with other neighboring municipalities such as Santiago, Sanxenxo, Vigo, Baiona. The municipality of Barro welcomes hundreds of pilgrims who want to make the Portuguese Way of St. James. Casa Rural wants to give the visitor a number of amenities such as enjoying our pool and JACUZZI a little different from what one is normally used to seeing, the JACUZZI is attached to the pool and the water falls with an original waterfall in the pool, along with the hot tub in one of the coziest rooms in the house will make rural tourism is the most pleasant.
If you are looking for a charming cottage with a privileged location to visit the Rias Bajas, where you can enjoy beautiful landscapes of the area, Casa Rural is a good choice of accommodation. The Camino de Santiago passes 1 km from the cottage which in its passage of Pontevedra gratifies the pilgrim with its different landscapes and routes through the Rias Bajas.

Many pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela rest in our house to continue their journey. Our traditional Galician cuisine and the comfort of our rooms make it easier to continue their journey to Compostela.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
