Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped, secured, fenced (11 x 5 m, depth 40 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 750 m, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 8.7 km, shingle beach "Playa de la Grava" 7.5 km. Sports harbour 7.7 km, marina 7.7 km, surf school 7.5 km, sailing school 7.7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
