We are in a privileged natural environment only 1 hour from Madrid. Santa María de la Alameda is the highest village in the region.

We have 9 flats with 1 and 2 bedrooms. One of them is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
The flats are duplexes. The bedroom is on the upper floor and on the ground floor is the kitchen, bathroom and living room with sofa/bed.
They are equipped with TV, air-conditioning, heating, kitchenware, towels, bed linen, etc...

We are in the highest village in the Community of Madrid 1,452 metres above sea level. We have lovely routes to enjoy nature.
Your accommodation is located in an emblematic space that was formerly the barracks of the Guardia Civil.

The cottages are adapted for rural tourism. All of them are accessed through a large courtyard and each one has its own individual space.
The complex has a restaurant and cafeteria. We are in the highest village in the Community of Madrid, 1,452 metres above sea level. We have charming routes to enjoy nature.

15 minutes from the Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial, 30 minutes from the historic cities of Avila and Segovia.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
