The villa is ideal for large family holidays, accommodating up to 14 people. The property is set over 295m2 and sits on a generous 1070m2 plot of land. It consists of an independent house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 4 separate apartments, each with its own kitchenette and bathroom, making it perfect for extended families or large groups. The house is designed for families only, with reservations for young groups under 35 years not allowed.

The villa features a comfortable dining room with a cozy fireplace and TV, ideal for family gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, and washing machine for all your culinary needs. Each of the apartments includes two single beds, a private terrace, and a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, and electric stove. The villa also offers a large, private garden with an enclosed swimming pool and a built-in barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Guests can enjoy shared access to a washing machine for convenience.

For families, the residential area offers a private club with tennis courts, children’s swings, swimming pools, and a bar exclusively for clients. The villa is located in a tranquil area with easy access to local attractions and beaches. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
