I am a beautiful and cosy flat with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the beaches 100m away. You will only have to think about resting and enjoying the magnificent 4 km of beaches of l'Hospitalet de L'Infant. Clear beaches, without annoying neighbours because there will be plenty of space for you, your family and whoever wants to come. The flat is small, but very cosy, modern and perfectly equipped. It has air conditioning with heat pump, in case you want to come in winter and listen to the sound of the sea, or if you prefer the summer to relax in the hours of siesta. I have a splendid terrace for you to spend as much time as possible looking at the sea. My neighbours are very quiet and nice, they don't make noise during the rest hours. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
