**Keys must be collected at our office in Ronda del Pedró, 12 - 17130 L'Escala** apartment block "Salines", 4 storeys. In the resort 300 m from the centre of L'Estartit, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 20 m from the sea, 20 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular (8 x 18 m, depth 50 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 20 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 900 m, sandy beach "Playa del Estartit" 20 m. Nearby attractions: Les Medes 2 km, Museo Dalì Figueres 42 km, Pitch& putt Gualta - 18 hoyos 9 km, Parque acuatico Aquadiver Platja d'Aro 38 km, Ruinas greco-romanas d'Empùries 19 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
