Detailed information

A finca awaits you with three holiday apartments: a studio for two people, a two-bedroom apartment, and the main house with five to six bedrooms. Each apartment has a large, private terrace or courtyard. For larger groups, all three units can be rented together for a maximum of 18 people.

You'll enjoy panoramic views across the Penedès wine valley. A shared, solar-heated pool is available (April to October, weather permitting).

The kitchens are fully equipped, including a dishwasher. On the shaded terraces, you'll find a dining area, a gas grill with an additional cooking zone, and sun loungers.

Laundry service: once free per week.

Pets are not allowed from mid-June to mid-September.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
