Our finca promises a warm and genuine welcome with a seasonally varied package of local produce, perfect to start your experience in this idyllic region.

Each flat, located on the first floor, offers a cosy atmosphere and is superbly equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests can relax in the spacious living/dining room, which features comfortable sofas, television and an extendable dining table, ideal for large groups renting both flats. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The accommodation also includes two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with bathtub. The private terrace, with table and chairs, offers splendid views of the surrounding countryside, providing a perfect space to relax.

The vast communal garden is a wonderful entertaining space for all. With a large porch divided into two areas; one equipped with a barbecue and table for alfresco meals, and the other with a ping-pong table, fun times are assured. Next door, a children's play area with swing, slide and see-saw awaits for hours of entertainment. Just a few minutes' walk away, there is a fantastic municipal swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days.

Peramola enchants not only with its beauty and tranquillity, but also with the abundance of activities and cultural richness that surrounds it. Guests can explore the owners' farm, interact with calves and chickens, or even grow crops in the small vegetable garden. The region invites adventure with mountain trails, including the Aubenç mountain range, and the option of renting bicycles for a ride through nature. Culture lovers will enjoy the region with the largest Romanesque heritage in Lleida, with churches and hermitages dating back thousands of years. For those interested in more extensive excursions, La Seu d'Urgell and Andorra are just a short drive away.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
