The villa is spread across 3 floors and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It’s part of a beautiful development with gardens, a communal swimming pool, tennis courts, and a children’s playground. Parking is included.

Inside, the spacious living-dining room is equipped with a TV and opens to a terrace and private garden (63m²) with dining furniture, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and laundry room with a washing machine. The villa has 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite with access to a furnished terrace. There are 3 bathrooms with bathtubs and 1 additional toilet.

Pets are not allowed, and the villa is ideal for families. Please note that reservations for young groups under 35 years of age are not accepted.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
