The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a tennis court and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and three showers.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker and an oven.

This luxurious 4-bedroom villa is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Llafranc, offering stunning sea views. It is less than 1km from the beach and town center, making it an ideal choice for a family getaway. The main floor features a spacious living and dining room with direct access to the terrace, as well as an open kitchen fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils. There is also a small room with a single bed.

The upper floor includes a bedroom with a double bed and a trundle bed, separated by a sliding door for privacy, along with access to a small terrace. The top floor houses a master suite with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a dressing area, and access to another small terrace with breathtaking views. The basement includes a service room with a single bed.

Outside, the villa boasts a large private garden with sun loungers, as well as access to communal amenities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a children’s area. The property also has a garage. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and pets are not allowed. This property is perfect for families, and reservations from young groups under 35 years of age are not accepted.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
