This second-floor apartment offers magnificent sea and mountain views and can accommodate up to 5 guests, making it perfect for families or small groups.

The apartment includes a cozy living-dining room with a dining table, sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi, all with direct access to a lovely terrace where you can enjoy your morning breakfast under the sun. The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic hob, small oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and all the necessary utensils. There are two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with a single bed. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
