The holiday home for 20 persons has four bathrooms and ten bedrooms and is equipped with 12 single beds, a bunk bed and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions. In addition there is a balcony, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a garden and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, two showers, a hairdryer and a bath.

The villa offers free Wi-Fi and ample parking, but no heating or air conditioning—fans and comforters are provided. A gardener lives on site to keep the garden and pool pristine.

The villa welcomes pets (extra fees apply) but enforces quiet hours and prohibits parties to ensure a peaceful stay. Check-in is from 4 to 7 PM, with late arrival options available. Guests must present valid ID and leave the property tidy to avoid cleaning fees. A car is recommended since public transport is not nearby. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
