The holiday home for 18 persons has two bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four bunk beds and five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a toilet and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there are two cots.

Palafolls Castle, outlet shops, and Marineland water park are all nearby. Spring to autumn is the best time to enjoy the outdoor amenities, and the villa is easily accessible—just 45 minutes from Barcelona and 30 minutes from Girona.

Guests have exclusive use of the house. Pets are welcome with a small fee, and quiet hours are required from 10 PM to 8 AM. A car is necessary due to the rural location. Check-in takes place in nearby Lloret de Mar, with late arrival options available. A tourist tax applies, and guests are expected to leave the house tidy. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
