Situated in a quiet development, the apartment is close to various services, shops, and restaurants, making it a convenient and relaxing spot for your stay.

The apartment features a spacious living/dining room with a TV and direct access to the terrace and communal pool, perfect for enjoying meals or unwinding by the water. Please note that youth groups are not allowed, and this property is only available to families. Reservations for people under 35 years of age are not permitted. Pets are allowed upon request. There is no designated parking spot for this apartment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
