The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, a bunk bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two fireplaces and two televisions. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a barbecue, a terrace and a garden. The badroom is equipped with three baths.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a fridge.

With a maximum capacity of 10 guests, the villa is divided into two separate apartments, each with its own entrance, ensuring privacy for all guests. The outdoor area includes a private pool (7x3.5m), a built-in barbecue, and a large terrace where you can enjoy meals, sunbathe, and take in the stunning scenery.

Inside, the ground-floor apartment features a cozy living room with a TV and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, and oven, one double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The upper-floor apartment offers a spacious living room with a TV and fireplace, a kitchen equipped with a Nespresso machine, two double bedrooms (one en suite), a bedroom with a bunk bed, and another bathroom with a bathtub. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

The villa is located just 3 km from the beautiful Canyelles beach, 5 km from the center of Lloret de Mar, and 7 km from Tossa del Mar, where guests can explore charming streets, restaurants, and beaches. Youth groups are accepted only upon prior request, with a special deposit and house rules to ensure a peaceful environment. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a supplement.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
