The living-dining area features a sofa bed and opens up to a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, and more. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and there’s a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a washing machine for added convenience.

The apartment also boasts a lovely terrace with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny afternoons and al fresco dining. For additional comfort, optional air conditioning is available at an extra cost of €30/week. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
