The apartment includes a living room with a TV and a double sofa bed (130x180cm), providing direct access to a terrace for outdoor relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, and more. There is one bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) and a modern bathroom with a shower.

Guests can enjoy the communal garden and pool, along with the option of using a garage for an additional cost of 30€/week. Optional air conditioning and heating are available for 50€/week, ensuring year-round comfort. The apartment is just 400 meters from the beach, as well as the city center, making it a convenient spot for shopping, dining, and exploring the local attractions.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
